This month was quite short – as always, but this year we had one more day to enjoy February. I haven’t had a lot of favorites this month, also because I didn’t go out a lot, most of the time I was at home with my boyfriend and we just enjoyed doing nothing after our exams.
I just start from the left:
I. GLISS KUR HAIR REPAIR HAIRSPRAY
I love this product, I am using this since I was 16 I guess and it helps me to comb my hair easier. I spray it every time before I comb my hair and after I wash my hair. And I like the smell!
II.KIKO NAIL POLISH
This nail color matches my skin tone quite good, I told you before, it is very hard for me to find the perfect nude tone for lips and this counts also for nail polishes! I will coming up with a blog post with what I wore on my nails this month and you will see how this KIKO nail polish looks like soon!
III. DIOR HYPNOTIC POISON EAU DE TOILETTE
The first time I smelled it, it was way too sweet for me – I tested it with my boyfriend, he likes this perfume a lot and wanted to give this to me as a present on Christmas. But that time I didn’t want it, but I tested it a few times after Christmas again and I like this sweet fragrance now so I purchased it! I wouldn’t spritz too much of this, I think one spritz is enough. It lasts very long and has vanilla, musk and jasmine in it. A very wintery fragrance which I love!
III. EBELIN PROFESSIONAL NAIL POLISH REMOVER
Now I got more time to pain my nails but somehow I am quite lazy when it comes to removing the nail polish. This ebelin nail polish remover is very useful to get off the nail polish quickly. Usually I use this when I wore red nail polish, it takes it all of very fast and I don’t need to waste like hundred of cotton pads only for one hand to remove my red nail polish. You just put your finger in this little hole in the sponge and twist your finger a few times in it – et voilà! Nail polish is gone. But don’t forget to wash your hands after that!
IV. KIEHL’S MIDNIGHT RECOVERY CONCENTRATE
I have never had a nighttime skincare routine, but last winter I started to have one because my skin was so dry, especially after I wake up! My skin was always so tense and dry and it was really uncomfortable. I googled some night skin care treatments and this concentrate has only good reviews so I wanted to give it a try. It is worth the hype! It is pretty expensive, but a little goes a long way! It think when purchased it, it was about 40 € – but that’s the price in Germany!
I am using this for almost half a year now and the bottle isn’t even halfway empty! It smells like lavender, which also helps you to sleep better and even it says oil, it doesn’t make your face oily. I LOVE IT. If you want a skin care routine in general, just let me know in the comments below ( wow that just rhymed! haha).
V. ESSENCE EYELINER BRUSH PEN
I thought I lost it, but I found it again on the desk of my mother! It is the essence eyeliner pen and I think they discontinued it, but I love to use this one for my eyebrows! My friend uses this for eyeliner and it is such a good brush pen, it is such a pity they discontinued it! Well I think they discontinued it because I never found it again in the drug store…
VI. THE BODY SHOP CACAO BODY BUTTER
This body butter is life! The body shop has a lot of body butters with different scents, but for winter I like the cacao one a lot. It isn’t very pricy and I use this everyday, it soaks into the skin very fast and isn’t sticky at all.
VII. EDDING 1255 CALLIGRAPHY PEN 2.0
I am recently totally into hand lettering and I am so obsessed with practicing! It really calms me down and relaxes me a lot… I am not a professional yet, but I hope I can do beautiful hand lettering for a living some time :D.
Puhhh, we are through with my favorites! What have you been loving this month? Tell me in the comments below and follow me on Instagram and other social media to have a sneak peak of what’s coming next in my blog here!
