5 Tips For Better Skin

When I was younger I used to have bad skin and I felt very uncomfortable to went outside without make up ( I started to wear make up when I was 15 ). Now that I am older, my skin got better, also because my mother repeatedly told me how important skincare is. No matter what kind of skin you have, these 5 tips you should always remember!

I. DON’T SMOKE

Smoking isn’t only bad for your skin, it is bad for your teeth, your lunge and just bad for your health in general. And who wants to kiss an ashtray?

II. DRINK A LOT

It says, you should drink 3L a week, so you stay hydrated. But don’t drink too many soft drinks, they aren’t very good for your health as well. I like to drink green tea, or tea in general and water. Or you can drink infused water, it’s tasty and it looks nice 🙂

III. ALWAYS REMOVE YOUR MAKE UP BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP

A lot of people tend to forget this, I know some, but it is so important! Make up clocks your pores, if you don’t remove it and also, do you like to wake up with a sticky face and smeared eye make up? And you might need to change your pillow case as well then…

IV. HAVE A STEADY SKINCARE ROUTINE

Take your time choosing the right products for your skin, since they should suit your needs! It is also important to have a steady skincare routine, you won’t see any effects if you just use a cream against dry skin just two times a week.

V. WASH YOUR HANDS

This is basic and essential! I can’t keep my hands off my face sometimes, so it is very important to wash your hands often.Bacteria are everywhere in the public area, e. g. at public transports, doors, etc. If you can’t wash your hands, use a sanitizer! You should always carry one with you.

These tips are already well known, but I just thought I remind you of them again ;).
