5 Ways To Stay Fit For Lazy People

Sometimes, when I watch the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show or look at famous blogger’s Instagram accounts I am getting pretty envious of their perfect body but I just love food too much and I just set my priorities different than the supermodels ( haha ).

BUT I am still trying to stay fit in other ways even if I am probably the laziest girl on earth, I want to be able to eat as much food as I want to without feeling guilty about gaining weight. I don’t want to loose weight, I accept myself like I am but my goal is currently just to not gain weight. I try as often as I can to do the following things to stay fit, but I have to admit: Sometimes I don’t even make it to the remote control just because it is too far away from me ( like only one and a half meter away ), but that’s okay. So here are some ideas and what I do to be fit as a lazy girl:

I. TAKE THE STAIRS

No elevators here.

Instead of taking the elevator or the escalator, take the stairs! I am living in the 5th floor and we don’t have an elevator and I leave the house everyday, that means everyday I am taking 95 steps ( yes, I counted them when I was 11 ) down and 95 steps up.

 II. GO BY BIKE TO WORK

In every season except for winter, I am trying to go by bike to work or to school. It is not only environment friendly, you also burn calories!

III. DROP OUT ONE STATION EARLIER

If you are too early for your appointment or your work, drop out one station earlier from the metro or bus station and walk until your workplace.

IV. CLEAN YOUR HOUSE AND LISTEN TO MUSIC

Because everything is more fun with music! I like to dance during cleaning and because I am short, I have to stretch my body a lot to get the high corners in my house clean!

V. TAKE A WALK

you can take a walk anywhere you want

After lunch or dinner you can take a walk to digest your food. Never lay down, it makes you very tired and is not good for your body, even if it feels good ;). Also you will enjoy the fresh air in the park and the beautiful weather.

In my opinion, the more you move your body, the better it is for your health, even if these are just little things. If you really want to have a perfect sexy summer body, I suggest you definitely have to do more than these steps!
