I still can’t believe it

Hello my sparks, as you may already know, I was looking forward to 2018 since 2011 ( the year when I went 18 because 18 is my favourite number ) and it is great so far! Not only am I done soon with my studies, I have also found an apartment and I am SO excited to move in!!!!!! I still can’t believe it, Munich is so expensive and the situation here is crazy with searching for apartments! But I’m lucky that I’ve found the perfect apartment only one month after searching. Of course I had some rejections, not many, because I only visited the apartments I really wanted to have but after the first rejection I really thought that I will never find a flat because everyone told me how hard it is to find something in Munich. Finding a new home was also one of my big goals for 2018 this year and I am so happy that I can finally check it off my list! I can’t wait to decorate my home …

Warum der Fitness Vorsatz dieses Jahr klappen wird

Hallo meine Lieben, wie jedes Jahr nehmen sich die meisten zum Neujahr vor, mehr Sport zu machen- meistens scheitert dies jedoch schon nach wenigen Wochen aufgrund mangelnder Motivation oder Disziplin. Ich habe auch ganz lange zu dieser Art von Personen gehört, ich habe mich ganze 3 Mal bei diversen Studios an- und wieder abgemeldet weil ich nach ein paar Mal einfach keine Motivation und Lust mehr hatte… Ich bin ein sehr ungeduldiger Mensch und möchte am liebsten nach 10 Minuten Training bereits einen Six Pack haben, aber so läuft das nun mal leider nicht. WARUM DER PLAN SCHEITERT… Ungeduld, mangelnde Disziplin und mangelnde Motivation sind meiner Meinung nach die häufigsten Gründe, warum es nicht klappt mit dem abnehmen. Is it just me or are you also thinking of the song ‘let it go’ from the movie Frozen every time you hear ‘let it go’? But that’s not the topic today, today I want to talk with you about the people who disappointed you and made you angry. Even if you don’t talk to them and don’t see them anymore, you still get angry every time you think of them. It’s hard to forget someone who meant so much to you, but I’m telling you, that there’s a reason why these people are in your past. Don’t hold back the anger about them, it will only consume your time and energy thinking about them and imagining situations, which will never exist. If you feel like you have to speak it out loud, do it. It doesn’t have to be directly to the person you know, but writing your feelings down is enough as well.
