4 Tips For A Low Budget Travel

The last time I wrote about How To Enjoy City Trips Without Planning , this time I would like to give you another 4 tips on traveling on a low budget: I. BOOK ON AIR BNB Air BnB is a good place to book if you are more than 4 people because the prices are often per night and not per person just like the hotels. I like to book on Air BnB when I am traveling with my friends. It is not only cheaper, we also have a whole house for ourselves and we don’t really have to be careful about being too loud. II. BOOK IN A CENTRAL LOCATION If you book in a central location, most of the time you can explore the city by walking and you don’t have to pay a lot of money for tickets. For example when I was in Barcelona we booked our flat at la rambla – a central point in the city and we could explore the city just by walking. III. TAKE YOUR STUDENTS CARD WITH YOU I used …

The Vietnam Guide Part I: What to see

As you all may know I am from Vietnam and every 3 years I come back to Vietnam to visit my grandparents and my relatives. I also travel a lot with my family and saw quite a lot. Usually we are 6 weeks in Vietnam, but this time I was only 3 weeks there, I still got around though. I just want to share some impressions outside the tourism side and also some tips what to see and what to eat there. In this post I want to share with you first of all what you should definitely see in Vietnam: But first: Every place I have already visited is marked as a link in the text and in the headline, so you can get more details if you are interested in the city. I also worked together with my friend Thao Nhi Le, blogger from DAPHALE. She visits Vietnam more often than me and also travels a lot around Vietnam, a few links will lead to her blogposts about Vietnam. WHAT TO SEE THE NORTH …

When I was in Da Nang ( at Ngu Hanh Son )

When I was in Da Nang we went to Ngu Hanh Son, Cu Lao Cham and Hoi An all in one day, which was a little tiring, so I would recommend you to do every thing separate on one day, so you can take your time enjoying it! Or you can do Ngu Hanh Son and Cu Lao Cham on one day but for Hoi An you should definitely take one day! All these places are not far away from Da Nang, so if you stay a little longer in Da Nang I recommend you these places, especially Hoi An! Traveling with my family is not really fun and I don’t even know why my mother wants to do that sightseeing when she always rushes us. If you don’t have time to enjoy the sightseeing there is no point to do it in my opinion. But whatever, Ngu Hanh Son is a big cave and we had a tour guide with us who explained us everything. I didn’t understand everything because my Vietnamese is not …

Da Nang – Samdi Hotel Review

I was in Da Nang twice now and I feel like it has become more beautiful than before! I love the South so much, even the food is delicious. Usually they put sugar in everything but in Da Nang the food is just perfect. I went again with my family, my aunt and another cousin and we visited our grandaunt there. But we were staying in a hotel in the city not like last time, when we were at a hotel near the ocean. The Samdi Hotel is a five star hotel and regarding German prices, it is so cheap! We only paid 40 € a night per person, but you received five star service! When we arrived at the airport the pick up service was already there and we didn’t had to wait. The drive was only 5 minutes long, so it is very near the airport but still central. At the hotel there is always someone outside open the cardoors and holding up an umbrella to protect us from the rain or the …

4 Must Have Apps For Travels

I am someone who loves the digital world and the internet and my smartphone, that’s why I rather look up good travel places in the internet than in books because you can discover so much more! You can search for the things you want to see so much easier and you also discover secret places from other bloggers or sites. My favorite apps I like to have with me during my travels are:

3 Ways To Simplify Your Packing

Do you know that stress when you have to pack for your holidays? I always have the feeling that I forgot something, in the end it sometimes turns out that I really forgot something! Therefore I created my own system how to pack and how I will not forget anything: I. MAKE AN ESSENTIAL LIST If you have a essential list, you can use this list every time for every other trip you are going to plan in the future and you won’t miss anything. I keep a list on my phone, when I plan a trip I always come back to that list, so I don’t always need to think again about what I really need… I like to forget my hair brush or deodorant for example haha. You definitely need: Toothbrush and toothpaste Comb Shower gel and hair shampoo If you were contact lenses: A box for your lenses and contact lens water Glasses Bodylotion / hand cream Underwear Nail File Make Up Remover Towel There are far more things you need, for traveling …

10 Things You Need When Traveling By Air

Every time I enter a plane I get really excited because flying on a plane gives me the feeling of holidays. Sure, you can also travel by car or by train but a plane gives me the ultimate feeling of holidays 🙂 Every two years I visit my family in Vietnam, so the long term flights are quite exhausting and I’m on the plane for at least 16 hours. It’s always getting cold on the plane and my skin gets so dry every time, so I created a list what I need when traveling by air:
